At Orlance, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. If your purchase does not meet expectations, we’re here to assist—subject to the terms outlined below.

Returns

We offer a 7 day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged

• In original condition with all tags intact

• Returned in original packaging

• Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

Once your request is approved, we will share detailed return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing orlance2025@gmail.com, along with clear photographs or videos.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

To select a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item (subject to approval) and placing a new order separately for faster processing.
