SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship across India.
International shipping may be introduced in the future and will be governed by separate terms.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
• Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During sale periods, new launches, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation message/email with tracking details.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
• Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
• Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–9 business days
• Remote Locations: 7–15 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner operations, weather conditions, local restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING CHARGES
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
• ORLANCE may offer complimentary shipping on select orders, promotions, or minimum purchase values at its discretion.
COURIER PARTNERS
We work with trusted third-party courier partners to ensure reliable delivery. ORLANCE is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities (if applicable), or events beyond our control.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
You may use the provided tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Courier partners typically make up to three delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to origin. Any additional re-shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. ORLANCE shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:
• Please do not accept the delivery, or
• Contact us within 24 hours of receipt with clear images and order details.
Claims raised after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. You will be notified accordingly, and no additional shipping charges will apply.
FORCE MAJEURE
ORLANCE shall not be held liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or logistics disruptions.
